Job Title: Bid Writer
Location: London NW10, (Part WFH available)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus

Our award-winning client is excited to offer a unique opportunity for an ambitious Bid Writer to join their practice in London.
What you will do as a Bid Writer:
- Collaborate with the Principal and Senior Team to produce high-quality bid documents, including PQQs, case studies and newsletters.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create engaging content for bids, presentations, and supporting documentation, ensuring a consistent approach.
- Monitor tender portals identifying and presenting relevant opportunities
- Produce and compile bid documents
- Manage and update all marketing collateral
- Review competition lists and compile PQQs, tenders, proposals, and presentations
Experience & Skills for this role:
- Proven experience in bid writing within the architectural world
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong copywriting and copyediting abilities.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and InDesign.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
